Hello there! My name is Domynic, but my friends and students call me Dom. I’ve been teaching English online for roughly 5 years. I discovered my talent and passion for teaching English when I first sought to learn more about different cultures. I’ve assisted children and adults of all levels. Over the years, I have given instruction on various platforms, taught one on one and have conducted class with as many as six students at a time. My methods and styles of teaching vary depending on each student. Becoming familiar with students and their specific goals and obstacles enables me to adjust to their needs. Something that is universal in sessions is consistent positive correction and alteration. While conversing with students, I constantly keep track of the mistakes made so that we can go over them when the time permits. More specifically, perhaps you’re planning to travel, preparing for an exam like IELTS, TOEIC, ITEP, or TOEFL, revising and rehearsing a speech or readying for communication with international colleagues and customers. Whatever your case, I can assist you with expanding your active vocabulary, improving your grammar, increasing your fluency and boosting your confidence when using the language. I am passionately interested in people’s ability to adapt and grow and I really enjoy being able to effectively help so many people improve their linguistic skill. In my free time, I enjoy reading self-development books, watching informative videos about real estate renovations, leaning Qi Gong and spending time with my wife and son.
