The class will still finish at the original finish time and cannot be extended. - I will wait in the class for 15 minutes (for both 25-minute classes and 50-minute classes) - if the student doesn't arrive within the relevant timeframe and doesn't contact me to let me know they are late, the class will be cancelled and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. - Lessons are for individual students only, not groups of students (including children). If you would like a group class for yourself and friends, or for your children, please contact me for pricing. - It's best if parents do not participate in their children's lesson. It's totally fine for parents to be present in the room, but allow their children to participate in the lesson by themselves. This will help your child build confidence to speak English without your help. - Class recordings cannot be downloaded, in order to protect my intellectual property rights and also protect both student and teacher privacy. If the Class Recording feature is turned on, videos will only be kept in Amazing Talker's system for a limited time, in order to provide evidence in case of any disputes.
