Benmars 21, 2021I highly recommend Natsumi先生! I have been looking for a tutor to help me achieve N1 for over a year but up until now I have had no luck. Natsumi先生 surpassed my expectation in both her ability to coax out my shyness to speak japanese and her ability to convey complex japanese concepts in simpler japanese terms. For example, I was able to finally understand usage of obscure N1 grammar after our first class together! This same grammar point has been extremely confusing to me for months and other teachers didn't explain it in a way that resonated with me. As she put in profile - her past experience as a nurse shows in lessons, in the form of realistic role play scenarios. I believe that domain specific knowledge of a teacher helps exponentially expedite domain specific knowledge of the student. Wide topic competency is paramount for anyone looking to achieve fluency. Although she seems new to this site, I highly highly recommend people to give her a try - the combination of her bubbly personality and seemingly natural ability to make the shyest speakers become confident, will undoubtedly help everyone here achieve their goals with Japanese- Jordan McQueenmars 21, 2021Natsumi is easy to talk to, a very kind person, and helped correct my grammatical errors!
