In such cases, no tuition fees will be incurred. However, if the Student fails to attend a lesson without providing 12 hours' prior notice to the Tutor, the full rate for the lesson will be charged. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. ✅ Delay Notification: To ensure efficient scheduling, please inform the Tutor at least three hours before the scheduled start time if you anticipate a delay. If the Student fails to join the class within 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, the Tutor will consider the Student absent and charge the full rate for the lesson. No refund or makeup class will be provided in such cases. ✅ Early Class Start Request: If the Student wishes to commence a class earlier than the scheduled time, please notify the Tutor in advance. ✅ Technical Requirements: Prior to and during each class, Students are responsible for ensuring that their internet connection, audio, and video functions are in proper working order. The Tutor reserves the right to suspend teaching without offering a refund if a missed lesson is due to Student-related internet, webcam, or audio issues. ✅ Recording Policy: Students are strictly prohibited from recording any lessons through video or audio means. As AT's recording and downloading system is updated every 12 hours, students are expected to adjust their account settings to disable course/lesson recording at least 12 hours before the class begins. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the Tutor canceling or rescheduling reserved lessons, discontinuing ongoing lessons, charging the Student at the full rate, and denying a refund or makeup class. ✅ Webcam and Microphone Usage: For the safety and security of all participants, it is mandatory for Students to keep their webcams and microphones turned on throughout the entire duration of each class. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the Tutor discontinuing the lesson. In such cases, the Student will be charged at the full rate, and no refund or makeup class will be provided. ✅ Code of Conduct: Students are expected to maintain professional and appropriate behavior throughout the lessons. Continuous misconduct or engaging in unethical or unsafe behavior may result in the immediate termination of tuition. ✅ Tutor's Discretion: The Tutor reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or terminate a lesson/course package. No refunds will be provided for any completed or delivered lessons. ✅ Coursework/Competition Assistance: Please note that assistance with coursework or competitions will NOT be provided as part of the tuition service. ✅ Marking Policy: The Tutor will only assess and provide feedback on work assigned by the Tutor themselves.
