1) About Me Hello my name is Alicia. I was born in England, raised in Scotland but currently live in Ireland. Though I was raised in Scotland I never picked up the accent. Sadly I still sound very English. I love traveling and trying new things. I also love taking part in volunteer construction work. 2) Teaching Experience >I have been taking part in volunteer teaching work for the best part of 10 years. >I also started teaching English online to children just over a year ago. >I have a I-to-I TEFL certificate. 3)Who and How I Teach >I would say I specialize in teaching English to children between the ages 5 to 12 years old. >When teaching children I like to use flash cards and other props. > I can also cater the lesson to each students needs and wants. When it comes to tutoring children I like to have a relaxed but professional atmosphere in class. I like to use Story books to tutor younger children and other visual aids such as videos. I will always do my best to tailor the lessons to the needs of the student. I will always do my best to answer any questions you might have about my lessons and teaching style.
