Join my sessions to reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system, and build supportive rituals through breathwork. ✨ Classroom atmosphere & guidelines ✨ ↘️ Please prepare a quiet and comfortable space where you can breathe and relax without interruption. ↘️ Wear comfortable clothing and keep water nearby before the session starts. ↘️ Breathwork can sometimes create strong physical or emotional sensations. Always listen to your body and practice at your own pace. ↘️ Please check your internet connection and audio before class. ↘️ If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the session. ↘️ These sessions are a supportive space for healing, grounding, self-exploration, and personal transformation. Beginners are always welcome.
